Content on this site, including blogs, videos, condition pages and FAQs, is for general information. It does not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor.
Do not delay or ignore medical advice because of something you read here. Every patient's condition is different, and treatment decisions are made only after examination.
In an emergency, call our 24/7 line on (+91) 80 81 800 900 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use website forms or WhatsApp for emergencies.
Appointments
- Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you to confirm.
- Doctor availability may change. We will inform you as early as possible if your appointment needs to move.
- Consultation fees are payable as per the hospital's fee schedule at the time of visit.
Conference and event registrations
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment and a confirmation email from us.
- Fees, inclusions and deadlines are as stated on the individual event page.
- Cancellation and refund: as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- We may change speakers, sessions or venue if needed. If an event is cancelled by us, refunds are handled as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- CME credit points, where offered, depend on the accrediting body's approval.
- Photographs and video may be taken at events and used in Ortho-One communications.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by your bank or the payment partner. If money is debited but registration is not confirmed, contact us at info@ortho-one.in with your transaction ID.
Newsletters and messages
By signing up, you agree to receive emails or WhatsApp messages from Ortho-One. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in each email or by asking us to stop on WhatsApp.
Doctor information and testimonials
Doctor profiles describe qualifications and areas of practice. Patient experiences shared on the site are individual accounts. Results vary from person to person and are not a promise of any outcome.
Intellectual property
All text, images, videos, logos and design on this site belong to Ortho-One or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Using the site responsibly
