- Appointment requests: name, phone number, email, age, preferred doctor or speciality, preferred date, and any symptoms or health details you choose to share.
- Conference and event registrations: name, contact details, profession, institution, registration number where required, and dietary or accessibility needs if you share them.
- Payments: billing name and contact details. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure page. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- Newsletter sign-ups: name and email address.
- WhatsApp chat: your phone number, WhatsApp display name, and the messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent, and the site that referred you.
- This is collected through cookies and similar tools, explained below.
Health information
Any symptoms, reports or medical history you share through a form or chat is treated as confidential. It is used only to respond to your enquiry and arrange care. It is never used for advertising.
Please do not send detailed medical records through the website or WhatsApp. Bring them to your consultation instead.

Medical records created during treatment are governed by separate clinical record-keeping rules and are not covered by this website policy.
How we protect it
The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to enquiry and registration data is limited to staff who need it. Payments are handled by our payment partner, which follows card-industry security standards.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
