Ortho-One wants everyone to be able to find information, book appointments and register for events on www.ortho-one.in, including people with disabilities, older adults, and patients recovering from injury or surgery.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Images carry text descriptions for screen readers.
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone.
- Text and background colours have enough contrast to be read easily.
- Text can be enlarged up to 200% in the browser without losing content.
- Form fields are labelled, and errors are explained in words, not colour alone.
- Videos have captions.
- Pages work on mobile phones and with screen magnifiers.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Content from third parties, such as embedded YouTube videos, the payment page run by our payment partner, and WhatsApp chat, follows those providers' own accessibility standards and is outside our control.
